In 3 steps to your new challenge. We schedule a digital introduction where you receive an introduction from BONANA and the role available, of course we ask about your work experience and goals. If this receives a positive follow-up, we dive into the depths of your professional field. We do this on-site and with a personality test in preparation. If we establish a solid culture fit and we are envious of your skills, you will receive an offer and we will schedule a final interview and go with that BONANA!

Step 1 - Getting acquainted

Telephone introduction (15 min) Brief check: are we looking for the same thing? We explore what drives you and whether BONANA fits that.

Step 2 - Exploratory interview

Exploratory interview Mutual deepening: what are you looking for, what are we looking for. Diving deeper into your experience, ambitions and working methods. We tell you about our culture, clients and growth strategy. Mutually checking whether the fit is really there.

Step 3 - Follow-up and skills assessment

Practical test of your knowledge and approach. Not a theoretical questionnaire, but a case that ties in with what you will actually do here

STEP 4 - Terms of employment

If it clicks, we discuss terms and expectations. Clear, without fuss.
