As our Project & Operations Manager for the Belgian office, you will be the organizational backbone that ensures flawless execution of client projects while driving internal operational excellence. Your oversight will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all client engagements while also advancing BONANA's strategic initiatives. You'll be the master coordinator who keeps projects on track, teams aligned, and internal operations running smoothly.

You'll work directly with the co-founders as our "EOS Integrator." At BONANA, we run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a comprehensive business framework that helps organizations clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. As our Integrator, you'll be the person who harmonizes the major functions of the business, manages day-to-day operations, and ensures the company's vision becomes reality.

As our Revenue Operations Consultant for the Belgian office, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue operations strategies for our clients. Your strategic insights will directly impact our clients' go-to-market success across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will bring alignment to disjointed processes, maximize HubSpot utilization, and enable truly data-driven decision-making.

You'll work closely with the co-founders to deliver exceptional RevOps services in the HubSpot ecosystem, setting the standard for operational excellence and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients' commercial leadership teams in Belgium and the Netherlands.

As our Marketing Operations Specialist for the Belgian office, you will be the driving force behind designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing technology and processes for our clients. Your expertise will directly influence our clients' lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies. You will bring structure to marketing processes, maximize HubSpot Marketing Hub utilization, and enable data-driven growth strategies.

You'll work closely with the co-founders to develop and deliver exceptional Marketing Operations services in the HubSpot ecosystem, setting new standards for marketing automation excellence and becoming a trusted advisor to marketing leadership teams in Belgium and the Netherlands.

As our Head of AI for the Belgian office, you will pioneer our "Agents-as-a-Service" offering for the HubSpot ecosystem, revolutionizing how our clients leverage artificial intelligence to transform their revenue operations. You will design, develop, and implement AI solutions that enhance HubSpot's capabilities, automate complex processes, and provide predictive insights for commercial teams.

You'll work directly with the co-founders to build this innovative service line from the ground up, establishing BONANA as the leader in AI-powered revenue operations within the HubSpot ecosystem in Belgium and the Netherlands.
