The objective was to grow Buckles' SaaS business. To go international in 2024, we developed a new brand and digital experience. To get a quick ROI, we implemented HubSpot in combination with an ABM campaign.
100% MRR increase within 2 months.
Buckles is a 2-years old SaaS daughter start-up from CodeBridge. The challenge get Buckles to the break-even asap, but also to get it ready to scale. Therefore, we’ve strategised to get quick results, but also prepare for scaling. On the short term, we’ve changed and executed the pricing strategy to a value-based pricing model. This resulted in a doubled MRR within 2 months, while the customers were even happier than before. Zero customers churned.
Also, we’ve started to build towards going global by designing and developing a new website. Next to that, we’ve started to set-up the first cornerstones of an ABM approach for the “big fish”, and set-up SEA and SEO to catch the smaller fish. Also, we’ve implemented HubSpot within one month to be fully operational.
On to the next phase – globalization!
