The Challenge
In October 2024, we helped the marketing and sales team formulate their mission, vision and DNA, which led to a Brandbook and a complete redesign of the HubSpot website. We also conducted a marketing baseline measurement to understand impact and improvement opportunities. Our development team is working on the website with white-label modules. At the same time, team RevOps is performing a data migration, preparing CMS training, and planning website content before going live.






New website
We started with a comprehensive analysis of the existing website and user needs. From this analysis, it quickly became clear where the bottlenecks were. The navigation structure was too complex, making it difficult for visitors to find the right information. In addition, the content was fragmented and not well suited to the different target groups. Finally, the visual style was insufficient to properly convey Orange Charging's sustainable and innovative vision. With these insights in hand, we created a plan to thoroughly address both the structure and design of the website. Our approach consisted of three main phases.
Improve structure and design
The website needed to be more user-friendly and better suited to Orange Charging's sustainable mission. We simplified the navigation and developed a modern design that reinforces the brand identity and is future-proof.
Optimize content
The fragmented content has been rewritten and structured based on user queries. Important pages, such as services and contact, are now more findable and feature clear call-to-actions.
Strengthen branding
We optimized the existing branding and developed a brand book with guidelines for color use, typography and tone of voice. This ensures a consistent look in all communications and strengthens the brand's recognizability.
