For 18 years, Solid Professionals has been connecting young talent with career opportunities that suit them. From their office on Maliebaan in Utrecht, around 60 colleagues work on developing talent and organisations. With a personal and authentic approach, they ensure sustainable matches in which talent feels seen, appreciated and challenged.

The challenges facing Solid Professionals

Conversion

Creating an appealing and converting website that appeals to both organisations looking for talent and talent looking for a suitable role.

Data integration

Linking vacancy and application data between the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HubSpot for seamless data exchange.

Future-proof

The website must be scalable and grow along with our ambitions, with room for new functionalities, automation, and data-driven campaigns.

Connecting with ATS

After a session focused on mapping the data, we used n8n to build an interface between Byner and HubSpot. This allows job vacancies to be automatically loaded onto the website from Byner, with applications going straight into the ATS.

Marketing Automation

HubSpot is our basis for marketing automation. We set up clear lead flows, automatic follow-ups and dashboards, which means we need to perform fewer manual actions and all marketing data is stored in one place. We are currently in the implementation phase: separate tools such as Mailchimp have been phased out so that everything comes together in one system. In the coming period, we will fully set up the automation and fine-tune journeys, triggers and reports.

What was the situation before the collaboration began?

We were struggling to attract and convert B2B customers. The old website had a mediocre user experience, limited flexibility and ran on separate systems. We were looking for scalability, efficiency and a future-proof solution.

What were the most important goals for you?

The new website needed to activate leads and candidates, offer intuitive navigation, integrate marketing and service via HubSpot, and grow with future ambitions through automation, data-driven campaigns and scalable functionalities.

What has been achieved collectively?

Together, we created a fresh look and feel that suits the target group, a better user experience and integration with Byner. The result: more traffic, valuable insights for marketers and a platform that truly grows with the business.

Have you already seen any concrete results or improvements?

Absolutely. We are seeing +75% organic sessions, better search term rankings and +41% engaged sessions across all channels. The new website delivers measurable growth and higher quality traffic and customer interaction.
