These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by BONANA throughbonana.com and other channels. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Do you disagree? Then we advise you not to use our services (but trust us, you're going to miss something).
2. Our services
We help companies achieve commercial success through smart strategies, digital tools and growth opportunities. Not flat lead generation, but real value. We do this through strategic advice, implementation of digital tools (such as HubSpot, Shopify, OneFlow, Aircall), and guidance on commercial growth, among other things.
3. Use of our website and services.
- You use our website and services at your own responsibility. We do our best to provide you with the best information and tools, but we cannot give a 100% guarantee that everything works flawlessly. (We are good, but no wizards.)
- Misuse of our services or content is a no-go. Think hacking, data scrapping, or other shady business. We have a nose for such things and then take appropriate action.
- Our content and tools are meant to advance your business, not to be copied indiscriminately and sold somewhere else as your own product.
4. Pricing and Payments
- When we start working together, we agree on clear pricing and terms. No hidden fees or fine print you'll stumble over.
- Payments are due within the agreed period. Are you late? Then additional fees may be charged. Just pay on time and we will remain friends.
- BONANA reserves the right to change prices. Of course, we will let you know in time, because we do not like surprises (unless it is a nice surprise).

- Everything you find on our website and in our services (texts, visuals, strategies, software implementations) is the property of BONANA, unless otherwise stated.
- Want to use our content or methods somewhere else? Just ask. We like to think with you, but just copying is not the intention.
6. Liability
- We do our utmost to offer our services without errors and valuable, but we can not guarantee that everything always works perfectly.
- BONANA is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. This means that if your turnover doubles thanks to our work, it is absolutely up to us, but if a technical error occurs, we cannot always be held responsible for it.
7. Privacy and data processing
- We take privacy seriously. Your data is processed carefully and used only as described in our Privacy Statement .
- We do not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of our services or if we are required to do so by law.

- Do you want to stop using our services? Too bad, but we understand. Let us know in writing and we will ensure a neat conclusion.
- BONANA may also terminate cooperation if there is abuse, non-payment or other violations of these terms and conditions. But let's face it, that's probably not necessary.

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law . Should any disputes arise, we will first try to resolve them by mutual agreement. Is that not possible? Then the competent court in the Netherlands is the one who may intervene.
